MapLogiQ (Pty) Ltd (“MapLogiQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a geospatial data solutions company registered in South Africa. We operate the MapLogiQ platform, available at www.maplogiq.com and app.maplogiq.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable data protection laws.

We use personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected:

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to the processing of your information
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
